What is in the Allure Beauty Box April 2023 Box?
The monthly subscription for this box is $25(including shipping). I am on a quarterly plan so I pay $60 for 3months, dropping my cost each month to $20 per box (including shipping).

Aveda Botanical Repair Strengthening Overnight Serum
Treat your hair while you sleep and wake up to less frizz and flyaways. Botanical oils, including avocado and sacha inchi, help prevent breakage and split ends while smoothing existing damage without weighing hair down. I will admit that I’m not one for tons of hair products, but I could definitely use some smoothing serum in this Orlando humidity we have. I will report back what I find out. The sample in the box was 30mL (1oz). The retail price for this is $62 for 100mL fl oz. Based on that price and size I estimate this to be approx $18.60 worth of product.
Avant Deluxe Hyaluronic Acid Vivifying Face & Eye Night Cream
This lightweight night cream is perfect for sleeping in and adds moisture with shea butter, sodium hyaluronate, and sweet almond oil. Niacinamide smooths skin, minimizes pores, and fades redness. A pea-sized amount is all you need to dab on your skin nightly to get great results. This product retails for $114 for 50mL and was a full-sized item in this months box. Wow! What a steal!
Rodial Dragon’s Blood Hyaluronic Mask
Say goodbye to messy masks! Rodial’s lightweight formula absorbs easily into the skin and can even be used as an overnight treatment for an extra moisture boost. The key ingredients include hydrating hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and soothing squalane in a cooling, nonsticky gel. Apply a generous layer over your entire face and let it absorb (it only takes a few minutes). Rinse it off or wear it overnight for softer, smoother skin in the morning. This product retails for $58 for 50mL. This was a full size bottle in the box, which I always love to receive.
RealHer Cream Eye Shadow Stick in Chocolate
This user-friendly eyeshadow stick effortlessly achieves a smoky, neutral appearance that’s suitable for both day and night looks. To apply, outline your upper lash line, swipe it on the central part of your eyelid, and seamlessly blend using a clean fingertip. Enhance your lids with a hint of bronze or gold eyeshadow and complete the look with a coat of mascara. This shadow stick retails for $19.99.
Commodity Book Expressive Fragrance
Embrace springtime with this crisp, green bergamot fragrance, warmed by cozy notes of sandalwood and cedarwood. This refreshing scent is a cool alternative to spring’s many floral fragrances. Spritz onto your pulse points, such as wrists, inner elbows, and sides of the neck. Reapply as needed, especially if you’ve been washing your hands frequently. This fragrance retails for $24 for 10mL. The sample included in this box is 2mL and has an estimated retail value of $4.80.
Flamingo Razor (box sponsor)

Overall April 2023 Review
For the monthly subscription price of $20, and the $223 value in this box, it was a great value this month. I’m most excited to try the Avant Vivifying Face & Eye Cream and the Aveda Botanical Repail for my hair. But I’m always looking to try all the new products in the Allure beauty box.
